Upcoming Changes to Public Access Policy Reporting

Upcoming Changes to Public Access Policy Reporting

Questions about the NIH Public Access Policy? Confused about the differences between Method A and Method B (wait, there’s also Method C and D)? Not sure if you’re in compliance already, or if there’s something you need to do to make sure you maintain your funding?

A’Llyn Ettien, from the Medical Library, will go over the basics of the Public Access Policy as it applies to researchers, including how you get your finished papers into the central repository (Methods A-D) and where to find the citation information you’ll need to demonstrate compliance for future reports and applications.

The main focus of the presentation will be on a general overview of the policy and the submission/citation process, but please bring any specific questions you have as well. A’Llyn is the Library liaison for questions about the Policy, and will be happy to look into your situation and get back to you if she can’t answer your question on the spot.
